This includes one quest deep into New Vegas Bounties I (mentioned above) and makes the quest impossible to complete without going into the mod's files, sifting through the quest stages, and using the console to move the quest ahead. Although post-processing in modern games is a rather resource-consuming process and can have a significant impact on performance, Fallout: New Vegas goes rather easy on system resources, allowing even older PCs to handle the following ENB Series mods with little if any problems.
I can get them to work by running either the game launcher, FalloutNVexe, or NVSE, but I cannot get it to run with the 4gb launcher and the Fallout Fake Fullscreen exe (which runs with 4gb launcher as well).

Basically any mod that adds new quests, areas, some items, or NPCs to Freeside (which is a lot) breaks with Freeside Open in the mix. I've tried using both the injector and wrapper version of the New Vegas Enb 116. While a very cool mod that interconnects all of Freeside's parts so there aren't so many loading screens to go through (similar to the Open Cities mods for the Elder Scrolls games) it is notoriously incompatible with a lot of other mods.
